What is Tony's WHY?
In my Dads last year of life, 2006, he bought a sailing boat, as this was one of his many ambitions. He wanted to name it after my sister Lucy and I, and asked me to think of a name. With the knowledge, that I can be a little quirky at times, I combined Lucy and my name together, which spelt LUNY. And Dads boat name was created.
After his passing, I got married to my gorgeous wife Shana, and we went on to have 2 beautiful children, Harry and Poppy. And combining their names together, spells HAPPY.
And HAPPY LUNY became my why.
Everything I do, is for my darling wife Shana, my 2 wonderful children and to continue my Dads legacy through my eyes. He still lives on through me.

Since 2006, Tony has had the pleasure of working with over 44,000+ salespeople. What the top performers do differently, it has enabled him to create his sales methodology. Below are all the areas he has delivered across 300 clients within 84 industries.
I am a first time client of Tony’s and made my point early on that I really wasn’t interested in training unless there was a commitment to tangible results. In the end, we agreed a fee on that basis and Tony was instructed to train 5 front line sales staff. Following on from the training, I saw an average 15% improvement in the lead conversion rate of my 5 sales people that attended Tony’s two day course.
