We run a one-day team building day called ‘Sales Challenger Day”
It’s is a new way of bringing our clients team together whilst applying their everyday sales skills. The day is based around a set of challenges. For example: on one occasion, our client’s team will be split into two groups and will compete to find who can negotiate the most discount off a select number of products.
We have over 25 different challenges throughout the day. We’ll help challenge the teams to work together effectively, identify leaders, look at their preparation, see how they delegate and use their sales techniques to their maximum ability.
