I believe the success of a call can ONLY be determined by the outcomes achieved.
After every sales call I ask myself 2 Questions:
1. What is the most I could have got out of that call?
2. What did I get out of the call?
When you can answer the same to both those questions, only then can you be assured you have achieved a successful call.
