I heard from over 3 estate agents how good Tony Morris’s training was, but was a little sceptical at first. He’s expensive and what difference can he actually make?
Tony spent 1 day videoing us carrying out valuations and then the 2nd day training us his ‘3 P’s approach’ to a valuation. The following day 3 out of 4 of our valuers got an instruction at 0.5% higher than ever before and the 4th valuer got 0.35% higher and persuaded the vendor to allow us to have a board and do a testimonial post sale, using Tony’s trading technique. Tony is a secret weapon (although not that secret now) and if you’re an estate agent and would like to increase your instructions and fees, then Tony will be the best investment you make this year.

I am a first time client of Tony’s and made my point early on that I really wasn’t interested in training unless there was a commitment to tangible results. In the end, we agreed a fee on that basis and Tony was instructed to train 5 front line sales staff. Following on from the training, I saw an average 15% improvement in the lead conversion rate of my 5 sales people that attended Tony’s two day course. The anecdotal feedback I had from my staff was that Tony’s training provided them with practical, relevant skills that helped them improve their performance, rather than just blue sky thinking that works in a class room but not in the real world.
